Is there any significant difference between a JDM Ferio and a USDM Civic sedan? People kept referring to my 4-door EK as a Ferio for some reason, and all I can find by googling is “Ferio sometimes refers to 4 door EKs, one of few sedan Civics accepted by the tuner community”

I don’t know about EK’s but I’m a big fan of EG’s and sedans in Japan came with a different engine than USDM. I’ve seen people talk about ferio conversions for EK’s but aside from seats and center console, I don’t know much else that distinguishes them.
